1. Higher FPS is better. Higher FPS = more momentemum = longer distance
2. There is a point at which too much FPS is possible. In general 400 FPS with .25g bbs is the top speed you want because higher FPS can be dangerous and painful except at long range. Exceptions are Bolt Action Snipers from xtreme range. Ex KJW M700 chronod at 513 FPS with .36g bbs is acceptable at 200 ft+ ( yes you easily get 200 ft out of that gun)
3. Low fps can be good too. Guns with low fps are less painful at close combat so less restrictions apply to low fps weapons. EX under 300 fps with .2g bbs is allowed fully auto even inside buildings, but over 300 fps must be limited to semi auto only
4.Higher FPS does increase accuracy because faster travel means less time to get affected by outside forces such ad wind.
5. Never use bbs under .2gs in weight to increase FPS. Trading weight higher weight for lower fps is always better than lower weight for higher FPS
